    Global Data Analytics Platform

    Context
    End-to-end architecture and engineering project integrating global economic, demographic and weather data.
    Solution
    Built a modular ELT platform that automatically extracts data from the World Bank, Eurostat and OpenWeatherMap APIs, processes it in an in-process analytical database, transforms it through multi-layered dbt models and serves it in interactive dashboards.

    Cloud Data Warehousing & Fabric Workload Optimization

    Context
    Building and operating cloud data pipelines, plus capacity and performance optimization for client projects.
    Solution
    Implemented data integration pipelines with Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric. Automated extraction of metrics from semantic models using Python (sempy), SQL query tuning through targeted indexing, and analysis and optimization of nightly ETL workloads with regard to capacity unit metering in Microsoft Fabric.

    Context
    Integration and preparation of business-critical ERP data from SAP for business intelligence and controlling.
    Solution
    Extracted, cleansed and joined complex SAP table structures from finance (Universal Journal ACDOCA, planning data ACDOCP), materials management (SAP MM) and human capital management (SAP HCM, infotype PA0007) for automated analyses and reports.

    Academic/architectural case study using Trade Republic as an example.

    Developed a strictly formalized conceptual ontology model, defined semantic relation types and produced a complete UML class diagram to precisely represent core FinTech processes.
